Melville Porter Cummin (29 Januari 1895 – 1 Desember 1980), yang lebih dikenal sebagai Mel Cummin, adalah seorang ilustrator majalah dan artis staf surat kabar; kartunis terkenal pada dasawarsadasawarsa awal strip komik Amerika Serikat; dan pengarah gambar dan artis buku komik Zaman Keemasan. Ia aktif dalam Society of Friends.[2] Cummin juga merupakan seorang naturalis dan penjelajah terkenal.[3]
